The multifunctional microcomputer 3.5kW/220V Induction Heater uses the principle of electromagnetic induction heating to convert electrical energy into thermal energy. Firstly, the 50Hz AC power is converted into DC power through an internal rectification and filtering circuit, and then the DC power is converted into high-frequency high voltage power with a frequency of 17-30KHz through a PFM control circuit. The rapidly changing current passing through the coil generates a rapidly changing magnetic field. When the magnetic field lines in the magnetic field pass through the heated metal object, countless small eddy currents are generated inside the heated metal object, causing it to heat up at high speed.
3.5kW/220V Induction Heater have the following characteristics:
1、 Adopting a phase shift control algorithm based on DSP control, the control effect is achieved, and the thermal efficiency reaches over 96%;
2、 Adopting Infineon magnetic drive technology, it has multiple protection technologies including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and interlock,
3、 The main control system power supply adopts imported high-performance surface mount manufacturing technology to ensure product consistency and stability during navigation.
3、 The power input part adopts multi-stage inductance filtering to improve the reliability of multi machine control.
4、 Adopting variable frequency electromagnetic heating technology, Infineon IGBT modules from Germany, and reserving 50% margin to ensure the long service life of the product.
5、 Resonant capacitors and three-phase rectifier bridge stacks have been tested for over 10 years.
6、 The radiator material is 30% higher than its peers, and the same power controller is 25% heavier than its peers
7、 We use high-speed DC fans imported from Taiwan with a long lifespan to achieve better heating effects.
9、 Having an independent R&D team, regularly upgrading products and continuously improving to meet the different needs of different customers.
