Characteristics of 30KW/380V induction heating equipment:
1. Energy saving and environmental protection: During the use of coal-fired boilers, a large amount of heat energy is emitted into the air, which not only reduces thermal efficiency but also causes room temperature to rise, affecting the production environment; The Jiangxin induction heater allows the metal material itself to generate heat, thereby heating the contents of the metal material barrel. It has high heating efficiency, and the heating part itself does not generate heat. The temperature is controlled at a level that can be touched by hand, creating a safe and comfortable production environment for the factory;
2. Cost reduction: The heating part of the induction heater adopts a cable structure, and the heating cable itself does not generate heat. It can withstand temperatures above 500 ℃ and has a service life of more than 5 years. There is basically no maintenance cost in the later stage.
