      At room temperature a diameter 800mm diffusion pump with the traditional 12kw resistance wire takes 70-90 minutes to warm up to 230 degrees and can not be warmed up again, but with 12kw induction heating coil only 35-40 minutes can be warmed up to 230 degrees, greatly shorten the preheating time, improve production efficiency, so that the equipment saves a lot of electricity. In the equipment shutdown, the use of resistance wire heating method because of the residual heat in the electric furnace, the cooling pump will have to work for a long time to stop, and induction heating with the coil is no heat, equipment shutdown, the cooling pump can be stopped soon after. This also saves the electricity consumption of the cooling pump. This shows that electromagnetic heating is at least 30%-60% more energy efficient than traditional resistance wire heating.
